Keith Bentz at Bentz
Acquires New Facility announces that it has acquired
a new facility for its operations. The
135,000 sq.ft. facility, a former tier 1 automotive facility, is located
on 18 acres of land in the Ossian Industrial Park in Ossian, Indiana,
approximately 10 miles south of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
“The new facility will enable us to increase our capacity to
support growing demand for our products and position us to take on new
business in the future. The
larger facility is a key part of our growth plans over the next several
years, particularly in anticipation of the forecasted increase in our
market in 2008 and 2009. We
have grown tremendously the past five years and have diversified both our
product base and customer base. The
new facility will help us to grow our business with existing customers and
take on additional business with new customers.
The location is ideally situated for easy access off of I-469 and
I-69,” said Bentz
will move into its new facility in May 2007 with the facility becoming
fully operational by the end of 2007. The
facility will feature significantly larger areas for cab assembly, cab
trim, truck modification and staff. Bentz
is a leader in specialty aftermarket and OEM cab and sleeper assemblies
for medium duty, heavy duty and off-highway trucks.
Founded in 1993, Bentz is now in its 15th year of
operation. For more
